Guys from Aarhus University in Denmark (led by Dr Thomas Poulsen) had made a simple yet quite ingenious ‘exercise in a pill’:

A precursor to lactate and beta-hydroxybutyrate which are elevated after exercise
It’s orally available, easy to synthesize (lactate and BHB bonded)
Novo Nordisk (the guys behind Ozempic epidemic) had already funded this research
(2) and (3) lead me to believe it will enter the market quite soon, as Mmimetika Biosciences or under the NNordisk brand..
Diet and ASD
TL;DR:
Ketogenic diet improved GI symptoms. Yet let’s not forget its potential long-term woes
Gluten and Casein Free diet improved behavioral, cognitive, and GI symptoms
Omega-3 supplementation improved Cognitive and behavioral symptoms
Sulforaphane may also be beneficial
So it’s as usual: eat diverse foods, minimize gluten and casein, a sprinkle of polyphenols on top - et voila, you’re awesome!
