Applying but not getting offers?

My heart is a Ghost Job Town - they say at least 25% of job posts are fake, as well as over 50% of Linkedin content…

Arghh
So, what are the possible reasons?
You MUST show growth either as a startup or to other stage investors/stockholders
You want to measure the (desperate) applicant ‘supply’
You data and/or HR practices are out-of-date, e.g. you don’t have a SSOT (Single Source Of Truth)
All this leads to:
Frustration for job seekers, investors
Lost time for applicants, HR managers
Computing resources and glucose wasted!1
