* You MUST show growth either as a startup or to other stage investors/stockholders
    
* You want to measure the (desperate) applicant ‘supply’
    
* You data and/or HR practices are out-of-date, e.g. you don’t have a [SSOT (Single Source Of Truth](https://www.mulesoft.com/resources/esb/what-is-single-source-of-truth-ssot))
    

All this leads to:

* Frustration for job seekers, investors
    
* Lost time for applicants, HR managers
    
* <s>Computing resources and glucose wasted!1</s>
